The heat definitely gets intense so I lowered it, I was worried it wouldn't be hot enough but it is. Love that it's portable I can strap it on me and do anything. Auto shut off is great because at the end of the night I was just laying there and forgot to turn it off but it shut off once it had been on long enough. Cord is pretty short to charge but I just used my phone charger, no issues with the one they provided but doesn't have a box anyways.
