Could not find firm soles anywhere. Now I supply my own. Feels surprisingly good and supportive. If, after hours of wear I need a break, I take them out of my shoes and put them in my bag. They take up almost no space. Amazing, actually. Compares to the feeling I have after wearing LL Bean shoes. I wore soles that were too soft for too long. Bad things happen when your feet move in ways they really shouldn't. I think I slowly moved things out of place. These are actually fixing that for less than $20. I no longer experience the pain out of nowhere that I used to. They are a godsend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic if your nursing a broken toe or planter plate tear *by on Reviewed in the United States September 15, 2026* I broke my 4th toe on right foot. I wingfoil 3-4 days/week, wind permitting. Wingfoiling is riding a surfboard with a hydroil underneath the board and using an inflatable wing for propulsion. I'm somewhat addicted to the sport - couldn't let a broken toe and partially torn planter plate per Podiatrist - slow me down. I purchased 4 of these carbon fiber insoles. I use one in my Keen boots (wearing boots due to the stiffness, really stiff with the carbon fiber insole underneath my Orhilya insoles), one in my sandals and two (2) in the right foot of my water shoe used while wingfoiling. Standing up on the board puts tremendous pressure on my right toes when I'm riding left. With the two carbon fiber insoles in my water shoes I can hardle feel the pain. What an incredible invention. Could not say enough good about these insoles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Firm Support and Protection *by on Reviewed in the United States September 15, 2026* These carbon fiber insoles provide firm, rigid support and fit well inside my shoes. They help limit foot movement and provide a solid base for walking. They are lightweight and easy to use, and the pair is convenient to have for everyday support. ## Frequently Bought Together - Carbon Fiber Insoles, Carbon Fiber Foot Plate 1 Pair Rigid Shoe Insert Support Turf Toe, Foot Fractures, Morton Extension, Hallux Rigidus and Limitus - Alternative to Post Op Shoe - ZenToes Turf Toe T-Straps - 10 Pack Moleskin Splints for Big Toe Injuries - Adhesive Toe Straighteners --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/633560722-carbon-fiber-insoles-carbon-fiber-foot-plate-1-pair-rigid](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/633560722-carbon-fiber-insoles-carbon-fiber-foot-plate-1-pair-rigid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
