My use is for slicing vegetables for sautéing. If you want nice even sliced cuts, you have to be more particular on how you feed the vegetable is all .Very easy to use and very easy to clean. The suction cups on the bottom, hold the slicer in place very well just looks like it’s going to take time to see how long they will last as they don’t look to be made to last.
