A: The inside is cotton lined material, and it keeps me warm all day long. I use it for work, and I'm outside in the elements for 8 hours per day.  Q2. Is there a conceal and carry pocket on the interior of this jacket? A: No interior pockets. However, exterior chest pockets both will comfortably and subtlely store a handgun no problem. I keep a baton, knife and kubaton in those 2 pockets alone and they are very accessible and it is not obvious from the outside that they are there, as the jacket hides them well.
