But I like crinkle cut home fries so I got this set and used extreme caution while using it. The blades are a bit small and they are almost sharp. I guess I wish they were a bit more sharp. The handles have little indentations that correspond to the way the blade cuts. This is clever. I use them on potatoes and it is a bit of a chore to get through a couple of spuds.
