Love the look! ### ⭐ Not satisfied with the quality nor customer service *by C***Z on October 17, 2024* We purchased these fender flares for our Jeep and the quality of the plastic was so cheap. We decided we are not going to be spending our money on cheap plastic that will go over the tires of the jeep. When we purchased these it was clearly stated these qualified for returns. I requested for a return and refund, printed the shipping label and put everything back together and dropped it off the next day. The seller contacted me the next day to not return. I apologized and said it had already been dropped off that morning. They said we would get our refund when they received the item. We had a tracking number and when they received the item it looked like they issued a refund through amazon. I waited 2 weeks to check if the refund had been received and nothing. I emailed the seller again and they said it will take another 7-10 days. I waited again and sent them a picture showing that the item had been received to their warehouse. I got a reply saying they were out of the office and still nothing. I contacted amazon, it had already been over a month of when I should have received the refund. Amazon found out that the seller had voided my refund and they didn't state why. I was confused as to why on my end it said a refund had been issued yet the seller had voided the refund. This was not handled in a professional manner. I am glad amazon took care of things and refunded me the money in the manner I had paid. I will not be shopping from this seller again.
