Just awful, even if they said they were gentle/gut friendly. I had a capsule yesterday, and this morning I had literally zero side effects. I already have energy, I feel bright and ready to put a summer dress on now I'm not having gut issues. I found out that gut issues come from unaborbed iron, as it coats your digestive track in unaborbed iron, so has made me question the efficacy of the other iron tablets I took of the side effects were so bad (ferrous fumarate, iron bisglycinate x2 including Viridian) and none of it worked.
