This is the type of apple I’m most fond of. There’s nothing added save some sulfur dioxide as a preservative. The apples are very, very sweet and tasty. I used to enjoy the old-fashioned dried apple rings, but these are apple halves. I took out what I wanted and resealed the rest. They can be put in a Mylar bag, canning jar, or resealed in a Food Saver-like bag. These are very reasonably priced at under $15 a pound.
