U-shape settles nicely on a car door. And locking straps can easily be fed through door handles to guaranty the bag doesn't drop to the ground inadvertently. Removeable screw plate for fixed camera or scope is stable and provides good fixed viewing when required. Originally filled with bird seed but changed to buckwheat hulls for weight reduction. Didn't weigh it before and after but there was a noticeable change in total fill weight.
