However, there are two problems with it - one of the pedals keeps falling off no matter how many times we screw it back on. It seems the thread is bad so that’s why it doesn’t stay in place. Another issue is the bike is shedding black powder so the spot it usually sits on is completely black. It’s probably my own fault for putting it on the carpet but I’ve never had an issue like that with any other workout equipment. This bike is so perfect in every way. I got on it at 5:00 this morning thinking I would force myself for ten minutes but ended up doing 20. I stopped because I would have been late for work, I could have biked longer. My husband slept soundly in the next room, this bike is almost SOUNDLESS! The cycling is not jerky and my back was not aching. It is so small that we aren't even folding it up most of the time. My favorite things are the arm rests, which I can hold onto to make me sit straighter, and the ledge where I can sit my book and it stays open.
