Looks brand new, even came with batteries and a code sheet. More than reasonably priced and free shipping. Arrived a week earlier than promised and didn't need codes or programming to recognize the Comcast converter box. I hope it doesn't suffer the same fate as the broken old one, which is still a mystery what happened, despite new batteries.
