Jabra Elite 85t Grey Certified Refurbished

At first i was not really comfortable with the bud, and the package came only with the default buds no spare. However, i became impressed day by day by the strength of the earbuds. I literally dropped it a lot, and it even got into the wash and dryer and still survived. Not only that, the sound even without anc is really clear and feels like you tuned out from the world. It is definitely a value for money!

1. No one can ever hear me when I have these on. People always say I sound far away from my mic or they say I'm muffled or sounds like I'm under water.2. You can only use the left ear only. If you take the left one out the right one stop working.Don't waste your money. I've bought cheaper earbuds that works better.

I previously had the Elite Active 75T earbuds, when the right earbud stopped working. My daughter had a similar problem so I thought that if I upgraded to the 85T, they may have made improvements.The sound quality is good, the ANC is good, however I bought this to use while running. The 75T stayed in my ear whether it was raining or I was sweating, they just fit really well. These new 85T earbuds don't fit at all. I have tried different silicone tips and nothing improves the fit. The driver is supposed to be bigger for better sound, but I suspect that the bigger driver is what puts the weight on the outside and causes these to fall out. For my ears these are worthless for anything that has a little jarring up and down such as running. If I'm sitting in one spot they're fine but they won't stay in when I'm active. I am very disappointed and ended up ordering another set of the active 75Ts and hope they will last a few years.

The sound quality is great for me but they do not cancel out sounds around me for those I’m on call with. Also they are not charging as they should upon first receiving them I charge them for several hours but they only ever charged to 90% and now they are only charging to 80%. They feel like they will fall apart at any minute, and feel like they are going to fall out of my ears at any minute.

I had a set of these and loved them but I lost them so I ordered a new pair. This pair worked good for about 3 months and now they will not take a charge. I have the cable that was included but have tried several other charging methods including on a pad and different cables. They are worthless if the will not charge. Do not purchase from this seller. Go directly to Jabra so you get the warranty.

Only good feature compared to the 75t is the wireless charging case. Otherwise, it's kinda rubbish!

Charging was finicky when it arrived. Didn’t think much of it. Now the case is completely dead, will not charge. Jabra won’t warranty as A17 Group is not an authorized seller. Re-boxed garbage that was never refurbished, and certainly not certified by anyone that matters.
