This is a pretty, & neat, gift box set. The outside layer of the box is gorgeous. The bottom isn't very thick, but with all the layers it's decent. I tested it with a mug & a couple other random items & it held up ok. I love the wind up butterflies, they are fun to play with. A con though is that we didn't have much luck with them flying up out of the box. That was a disappointment. I tried it a couple different ways. They did better when I put the box on a table versus when I had it on the floor. It's still fun to open the box & have them come out. The box was easy to assemble. The instruction are very basic, but adequate.
