Review: Different than your average ramen. - These are much different than my typical ramen noodles. They have more of a bite to them. Not chewy necessarily but they feel more substantial. The sauce reminds me of a black bean sauce. They take about 5 minutes to prepare and require a stovetop I think for best results. They are not spicy more savory than anything. Decent value for the money. I felt the portion was a little small but it was still mostly satisfying. I might toss some protein in to bolster it a bit.

these were in costco for a brief period and then dissapeared. they are very good noodles, and the sauce is different than anything else we can usually get (Ramen, Udon, Pho). they are amazing with canned fish like sardines if you're into that. otherwise good with bokchoi or an egg.
