I received 2 forks with deep scratches, but WMF first tells me I need a german address to receive replacements (wth?) and then they tell me that I bought it at Amazon zo Amazon should help me. But Amazon sends me to WMF. So WMF has trash customer service and does not care about the quality of the products they send you. At the very least, they could just send 2 replacement forks.
