The taste is fantastic, with just enough sweetness to know there is some sugar in there, but plenty of earthy flavor to offset thoughts of unhealthiness. Sure, it's not fat free, but if it were most people would be disgusted. This would be perfect with a variety of dried/fresh fruits, or in some yogurt. The crunch was loud enough that I was asked to stop eating it while listening to an outdoor rock concert. And the serving size, even for an athlete like me who eats much more than the average person, was just right. I ate it at 6:30am this morning and I'm still pretty full over 2 hours later. The firs three ingredients are definitely prevalent in the taste. Ingredients: Whole grain oats, sugar, rice, sunflower oil, molasses, maltodextrin, honey, sea salt, malted barley extract, vanilla extract, vitamin ENutritionally, I'm pleased with the complex carb.-to-sugar ratio.
