**Q: What’s different on this model than the previous?**
A: There is a huge different between the 2 models that Cosori is not mentioning. The new Premium version has a hole at the bottom of the basket covered with a small rubber plug. The plug is really fragile and breaks apart quite fast. I contacted Cosori and they are going to send me 3 replacements, but really if you use the machine 3-5 days per week, probably you need a new plug every 2-3 months. They don't want to acknowledge the issue, they don't even want to offer the plugs for sale, in order to extend the life of the machine. I will use it as much as the 3 plugs last and after that the machine is useless. With a hole in the basket the oil drips out and it is dangerous to use.

**Q: I found a prop 65 warning for lead in this. Where is lead used on this product?**
A: Our air fryers are approved by FDA, which means all materials are compliant with FDA requirements and the air fryers are safe to use. Regarding the lead in our Prop 65 warning, kindly note the power plug is made of metal and contains lead. We follow California laws, so we list California Prop 65 warnings and it warns of the lead exposures.

**Q: Why dies the fryer smells of burning plastic after 2 month of use, it started with the smell and it never went away?**
A: We tried to mitigate the smell, not only in the room when you use it and after you use it, but the smell actually gets into the food, and the food tastes like a burnt, or burning plastic. I'm concerned about BPA getting into the food. We tried several times to wash it with vinegar, dishwasher, seven or eight times, ran it for 20 minutes at 400. Nothing works. I hope we're not getting BPAs in our food. Returning mine.

**Q: Is the basket ceramic coated?**
