Poor quality, unsatisfactory purchase with such a sentimental piece

*by T***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2019*

Very disappointed in this piece I ordered over 10 pieces of jewlery for creamation ashes from various vendors. This piece was the only one I had a problem with unfortunately the screw end was not able to fit securely and cause the cross pendant to fall off and ashes spilled. Very traumatic horrible experience. Please find a way to fix this issue before it happens to someone else.

    Beautiful

*by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2019*

My husband lost his best friend on Thanksgiving 2018. He had been having a very hard time handling such a huge loss so I thought maybe if he could have a bit of her with him at all times it would be a comfort. He absolutely loves it and never takes it off.

Fine Keepsake Urn to Hold your Loved Ones Ashes for Years to Come !

*by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2018*

Excellent quality , well packaged, informative instructions, all the tools to place your loved ones ashes in the urn properly and with care. I was very impressed with the extra insight given to the chain, the seal, all of the tools, and gift box. Well done!
