Nduja of Spilinga is a premium artisan cured meat made in Italy, using local ingredients and wild-bred Calabrian pigs. This preservative-free delicacy is completely handcrafted, ensuring a unique and flavorful experience that embodies the essence of traditional Italian cuisine.

## Description

‘Nduja of Spilinga The Nduja that we propose to our customers is the true, unique and inimitable made in Spilinga (one of the traditional production sites). Obtained from the fatty parts of Calabrian pigs, the meat is flavoured with the addition of salt, pepper, natural aromas and Calabrian chilli cultivated - and dried - on site. Subsequently, the meat is smoked after being inserted into the blind pig's gut. The top quality of our production is obtained by the attention to details: for our 'Nduja' we do not use an excessive quantity of pork fat (thus avoiding to give it flavors that do not belong to the traditional recipe); we don’t use preserves or colorants to give colour to the product; at least we use the Calabrian chilli pepper in a balanced way to make the product not too spicy.
