This product has melatonin which increases melatonin in your body thus makes you sleep faster. Tagar is a herb that clams your brain thus makes you sleep better and refreshes you in morning. Vitamin B6 improves brains nervous system that's why you may have more or better dreams. Combining all these together increases sleep quality and makes you feel fresh in morning.I take one tablet one hour before sleeping. I finish my dinner at 8:30pm then at 9pm take this sleeping tablet then at 10pm go to sleep.
