初心者は安定性が必要なので、この2個ローラーをお薦めします。始めから1個ローラーでやるとフラフラしたりして難しく、途中で断念してお飾りになってしまうかも。私はかれこれ2年色々なアブローラーを試しました。膝つきローラーが真っ直ぐに伸ばせるようになったら1個ローラーにレベルアップした方がいいです。何しろ遣りすぎず継続する事です。週2回、1回に50回するだけでも筋肉の張りを感じられます。今では脂肪の下はバキバキです（笑）

グリップもよく使い勝手がいいです。普通に腹筋に効きます。ヨガマットがあった方がいいですが床だけでも使えます。普通にいいので2個買ってリビングと自分の部屋に置いてます。

自分で組み立てるようになっていますが、棒にさすだけですぐに使用できます。ただその分差込が甘いといずれトレーニング中にとれてしまわないか心配です。
