It stops majority of heat and sun rays but not very much. My child still gets a glare and then we tuck some towels to hell her during very hot months.

These were really easy to install into the vehicle. However, once they were removed one time they did not want to stick back to the windows very well. My daughter took hers off more than once and now it will not stick on at all. The overall price is great just not very sticky.
