A: CR5 does not state under the supplemental facts section of containing any fats or carbohydrates. It does state “stimulant free” and “gluten free” other ingredients include: gelatin (bovine), vegetable stearate, Silica, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide. Hope this helps.

**Q: Are there age restrictions to using this product?**
A: I’m a personal trainer. My emphasis is on strength and conditioning, youth training. I would not recommend this for anybody under 18
