Review: Great machine and great customer service. - These are really little work horses and priced amazingly. My daughter was an apprentice and they had her try a variety of machines to start and didn’t tell us any of the info on pricing, brand or supposed quality. She used each machine the same amount of time and kept coming back to ambition. She is 3+ years in now and has stuck with this brand. Had an issue outside of the first year with it and reached out to them and they took care of us instantly. Would and do strongly recommend.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Can have faulty parts

I like how this machine works, its very versatile. But the problem is parts fail too regularly; first the machine itself would run inconsistent with the slightest movement. It took months to have customer service be convinced the part needed to be replaced. Now one of the batteries suddenly has the power button stuck and again customer service is being difficult aiding in resolving how, why, and resolve. They always say you get what you pay for, just wish this would have lasted longer.
