During my first proper skipping session, the thread of the little black cap (with the attached allen key) on the handle end is absolutely gone. Therefore the cap cannot be screwed back onto the handle. One can of course use the rope without the cap, but unfortunately the edge of the handle is very sharp, meaning it is uncomfortable skipping like that. Also if one would want to use the handle weights (not included), this would not work any longer.Apart from that, easy to adjust to desired length. Rest of the rope seems of good quality.Price of course is at the upper limit and most likely I would go for a different cheaper brand next time. Sorry guys, but this really should not happen while using it for the first time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Skipping Ropes For Mastering DUs *by A***K on 7 February 2017* I have been struggling with DUs for a while now and so decided to buy the Velite Fire 2.0 with the 2.5mm cable - recommended for beginners. I have just started using the ropes and have already improved massively. So happy I made the purchase and look forward to using them in the upcoming Crossfit Games. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real step up in my DU *by A***R on 10 December 2016* After struggling with my double unders using a cheap plastic speed rope i decided to step up and going for the velites. I move from barely 5 DU unbroken to 20+ in a matter of days. The 2.5 cable gives you a lot of feedback making it much easier for a beginner like me.
