I don’t know how to compare this with any other protein powder (Apart from price) but this mixes well and tastes OK. I would have no hesitation in buying again Review: Effectiveness for weight management - Nice tasting and not gritty. I use it mixed with water. Effectiveness for weight management It works best as a support tool, not a magic solution. The high protein content helps with: Satiety (feeling full longer) Muscle retention during weight loss Convenient low-calorie nutrition But fat loss will still depend on your overall calorie intake and consistency, not just the powder itself. Pros High protein, low calorie (great for cutting) Very low carbs and sugar Includes added “diet” ingredients (CLA, L-carnitine, green tea extract) Affordable and widely available in the UK Cons Artificial taste in some flavours “Fat-burning” ingredients are more marketing than miracle Contains sweeteners that may not suit everyone, but were OK with me. Applied Nutrition Diet Whey is a good budget-friendly protein powder for weight management, especially if your priority is low calories and high protein. However, it’s not the best choice if you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners or expecting dramatic fat-loss effects from the added ingredients. ## Features - HIGH PROTEIN BLEND: Applied Nutrition’s Diet Whey Protein Powder combines CLA, L-Carnitine, Green Tea, Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate. It mixes perfectly — no clumps, no grit, and no powdery aftertaste, which is such a win compared to others I’ve tried. The only small downsides: the flavour is a little weak and slightly watery — it could do with being a bit richer and more strawberry-packed. That said, it’s still really pleasant to drink, no weird artificial taste at all. ## Frequently Bought Together - Applied Nutrition Diet Whey - High Protein Powder Supplement, Low Carb & Sugar, for Weight Management with CLA, L Carnitine, Green Tea (1.8kg - 72 Servings) Parent (Strawberry) - Applied Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Powder 500g – 100% Micronized Creatine – 5g per Serving – Unflavoured – Supports High-Intensity Performance – 100 Servings --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/636371539-applied-nutrition-diet-whey-high-protein-powder-supplement-low-carb](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/636371539-applied-nutrition-diet-whey-high-protein-powder-supplement-low-carb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
