They have a feature to move the active mic from one headset to the other, and also have the ability to mute both if needed. They are truly plug and play, and compatible with Teams. As long as you remove the dongle for your own headset before plugging this in, Teams will automatically switch between the two.If you've been using the handheld training phones, I encourage you to make the switch. This headset has saved us a lot of frustration in a short amount of time! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as sturdy as I would prefer *by L***W on July 17, 2024* I am using these as a training tool for phone conversations. Both listeners can hear the caller so that is great but any outside noise makes it difficult to hear the caller even with the volume turned all the way up. The price for the double headset (one automatically mutes) was the best we could find without using the same brand as our new phones. You can also use the single headset without the splitter after the training process is complete. The button on the cord to answer an end calls does not work, but I am emailing the company to see what can be done.
