It is advertise as a 'Heated Butter Knife' but on receiving the item the box makes no mention of butter instead saying 'Cheese and Cream knife'2, The listing advert says it includes a manual. No it does not. There is a tiny scrap of paper but no real instructions.3. No info on how long it takes to charge the knife.Added a few days later here is a letter I sent to them. No reply received (yet)I am very confused by this product. Here are 7 questions. Please reply and explain how to use this knife. I was expecting a helpful user manual with it but all we got was a useless scrap of paper.1. In the Amazon listing it says:Simply hold it on the cheese or cream for 5 to seconds for it to nicely melt.But I thought it was to spread butter not to hold it on a block of butter to melt it.2.
