Easy to install with all hoses provided which really makes it simple. Although we didnt test the water for the level of contaminants, the water is clear, odorless, and great. Fast forward to late February 2026 and the water had an odor yet was still clear. Contacted Waterdrop and communicated with Becky in customer service. She immediately addressed our concern and promptly sent us a replacement filter within 2 days. Now all is well and the water is again perfect. Highly recommended waterdrop not just for the quality but also the customer support. Purchased the 17UA in late October 2025. Have had different water filters in the past including Kangen water filters. Easy to install with all hoses provided which really makes it simple. Although we didnt test the water for the level of contaminants, the water is clear, odorless, and great. Fast forward to late February 2026 and the water had an odor yet was still clear.
