It was sent with the correct information and quick shipping. But it has never, and after much use, STILL does not give a clear impression. Some of the letters are missing completely. The result is a illegible last name stamp that looks cheap on an envelope. Unfortunately it is a pain in the butt to use. The stamp almost always comes out faint on one side. You really have to concentrate to get a good design and even make it readable because of the circular design.
