I dropped my mug onto the floor, maybe two or three years after I first got it. And it cracked. So I went to their website and discovered that my model mug was no longer available and that the mug is guaranteed for life. So I called them up on the phone.And discovered that they could replace my mug if I simply returned the broken mug to them.
