First, I couldn't get it to agitate, then I got that fixed, washed a load of clothes, put them in the spinner and it worked for about a minute then quit, pulled the clothes out, put them back in, nothing! So, then I went to drain the water, guess what> It won't drain!! So, I came to my orders page in Amazon and wanted to talk to the sellers and there is no link to them, the only link is that I have to troubleshoot it myself!! I am so frustrated! I'm 70 years old and can't get around well. I have NO one to help me with this.
