Not much but if I can get my hours aligned and take my drops twice a day as prescribed, every day not just some days I know that I will get the full effect. What I do know is my room is cleaner, I’m cooking a good lunch and dinner for my family and I’m keeping my appointments with my doctor and family. I’m pretty sure I’m not depressed I just need more energy that I can’t find in food, pills, sometimes exercise and meditation. Except Prayer that helps me a lot too. I give four stars but will edit if I keep getting more positive results. I add my 15 drops to my two inches of water I have ready first thing in the morning It sounds like a lot of, 15 drops but it’s not. Add to any drink the directions say but I keep it simple and since I drink water first thing in the morning to help my kidneys get a healthy jump start. You will not get any instant effect because it’s not a drug or magic potion. All I know is slowly but surely I am getting out of my lazy miserable rut and that has to be a good thing.
