And it’s stable no twisting or coming off once it’s on the pad, I can lift heavy since the padding is so thick and solid so I don’t miss out on the gains! the velcro helps with this too but even when I don’t put the Velcro it still has that grip! Very easy to use and I deffo think it’s worth the coins!

I love these for my hip thrusts! I lift super heavy and I usually double up on the pads at the gym when I hip thrust but this one there’s no need! Colour choices are amazing too! I got purple - the padding is solid! And it’s stable no twisting or coming off once it’s on the pad, I can lift heavy since the padding is so thick and solid so I don’t miss out on the gains! the velcro helps with this too but even when I don’t put the Velcro it still has that grip! Very easy to use and I deffo think it’s worth the coins!
