SIZE: APPROX. 12"x12:" . PLEASE MEASURE YOUR TANK PRIOR TO PURCHASE!!! THIS WILL ONLY FIT A STANDARD 20 LONG. Finally an aquarium divider you can trust! Fin Friends patented aquarium divider was designed to finally solve the problem of separating aggressive fish, sick fish, baby fish (Not for babies under 1") or just different species of fish all in the same tank without needing extra heaters or filtration. These dividers were designed with suction cups that attach on both the top and bottom of the tank that stop even aggressive fish from bullying their way through. We have tested this divider with 1inch fry for 2 months now without any escaping. The design features two side rails that attach to a plastic mesh with push pins, making it impossible for the mesh to come free. The side rails attach to the side of the tank with 2 suction cups on each side, and a top and bottom rail are added for extra support. After raising many fish ourselves, we needed a way to divide our fry without having to worry about the divider failing. We created this divider and know it works because we use it ourselves. This Divider will a 20 gallon long tank. It will not fit tanks that are wider than 12 inches or shorter than 12 inches. Please measure your tank before purchasing!

I purchased this divider for a 20 long aquarium because I had an order of cichlids coming from Live Fish Direct that needed to be placed in three different permanent tanks after quarantine. Having only a 10 and 20 long tank, the divider did the job of housing the cichlids in 3 separate areas until they were ready for their permanent homes.Assembly was quick and easy, the fit was great and well worth the cost of the product.Kudos to the company for foresight, as they included a few extra pins and cups, just in case.I would be leery of any negative reviews after using the product, assuming they either came from competitors or people that have problems when they buy a pack of light bulbs because they do not come already assembled in a lamp.

I put this in my tank. Seemed to fit perfectly. No gaps (I set it out for a couple days with a book on it before putting it in the tank because it comes rolled up).Within 30 min one of our fish had wedged itself between the glass and this divider. We really thought he was dead but luckily he was not. After a few mor times of this happening I removed it and threw it away. Waste of money if it literally doesn’t do the one job it’s made for.

Let me start by saying thank you to the company who made this that decided to put extra pins in for each divider. I broke 3 pins when trying to put my dividers together and thankfully they gave enough extra that i could still get it together. I havent tried these dividers with my fish yet as they havent arrived but they look like the have good flow and although were annoying to put together they appear to be very sturdy and fit perfectly in my 20 gallon Long tank.
