It's super easy on the stove at home and just depends how big your fire is outside, or you can just use a towel or something.That said, this makes some of the best coffee I have had in years!!!I think the key is to grinding the coffee as small as you can, which I can do ok at home, but I'll be taking some beans to the local coffee shop to grind to the tiny tiny Turkish size soon.Looking forward to trying to make actual Turkish coffee in the near future.Recipe I use is 1 tsp sugar and 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp fine ground coffee and enough water to get it close-ish to the bottom rivet. Stir, then use medium heat until it foams, take off the heat and let it settle for a few seconds and slowly pour. Bing bang boom you're done.Really can't say enough about how much I love this well made pot.
