I had my thyroid removed which made me have an under active thyroid. When the prescription medication was changed I suffered badly like so many thyroid patients. The product I was using ran out and I got these because nothing else looked like it would so. They ARE THE VERY VERY BEST! If you have thyroid problems bypass everything and get these. I have energy I have not had in years. I can't praise these supplements enough.

I take Levothyroxine but I still have brain fog. This does clear the mist to some extent, but for me it's not the miracle drug that others are claiming - but it does help. The ingredients (Spirulina, L-Tryosine) can each be bought very cheaply (£10/500g) on Amazon so I might procure those individually.Downside: digestive "issues"

i found this supplement to be extremely effective in speeding up my hair and nails growth.Nothing else really.

My brain fog has lifted, lot more positive, with energy.
