This product works very well. I like the way you can adjust the amount of soap being dispensed. I also purchased the Umbra Otto Automatic Soap Dispenser, Nickel. The Hayden works just as well, and has a smaller size, which suits this location better. Also, the color is perfect in my other bathroom. Very pleased with these products - really reduces the waste and mess associated with hand pumps and bar soap dishes.

I bought two of these in one order.  One worked perfectly and the other was extremely erratic, spurting out soap liquid apparently when it felt like it!  Regrettably, I waited too long to try to return it in the hope it was ambient light hitting the sensor, etc.  After fooling with it off and on for literally a couple of months, I tried to return it.  The company who sells it via Amazon (Northern Shipments) said I was beyond their return/refund period.  Lesson here . . . if you get a defective product, return it right away.
