I have lots of hardwood floors and lots of furniture. I had considered purchasing a Robot Vacuum, then I heard some horror stories about them and I have too much furniture to think about moving it around. I have another vacuum that is not cordless but it is heavy and I have to vacuum almost every day. I researched the Silver Onyx and the reviews and decided to give it a chance. I love the swivel feature and it is so light. The docking station (where you charge it) is simple to work, You just sit it down in in and let it charge. I can vacuum over 30 minutes on high. I vacuum under my sleep number bed in just a few minutes and the Silver Onyx has a light so you can see under furniture. I have not found anything that I do not like. My husband said he has never seem me so happy about a vacuum. We also have a motor home and I plan to take it with me when we travel.
