I’ve never had problems and even if you are out of signal area the dispenser will still deliver the food per the instructions you have programmed via the app.When it is food time and he is near the dispenser, I can hear him, speak to him, take photos and record video. It frels great to be reassured that all is ok whilst i’m away - no more worry.Great product and I really recommend to any cat owner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not too bad actually... Wide camera, 2 way audios, photo taking & video recording, and playing an audio recording calling my cats to come to eat… Personally I think £30+ per year of usage is not too bad...The app does sync but it’s indeed not the most smooth experience to get it connected. Myself and my partner who are both pretty good with gadgets and tech savvy could not get it to work. I find it very suspicious that the only 5 star review and write up starts with the line of “I was worried having read other reviews but this product is great.....” AVOID BUYING and I will be speaking to Amazon about the dodgy 5 star reviewer. Product also feels cheap and flimsy and is made in China.
