The 28 Day Self Love Project has been amazing! The Mastering The Mind Set of Self Love journal is filled with activities to help you tap into that part of yourself that sometime goes neglected. The suggested exercises are ones that can become habits to keep the "Self Love" going far past the 28 days.. Two thumbs up!

The Mastering The Mindset of Self Love journal has great fun activities to guide you as you embark on the journey of changing your mindset and loving yourself. The activities are practical and not time consuming. I hate journaling but enjoyed doing the activities in this journal. Definitely recommend it!!!

I am sending this book back. After flipping through, I thought the book might be useful for some people, but to me most of the exercises seemed a little cheesy. Also, as one of the other reviewers mentioned, some of the activities cost a decent amount of money. For example, on day 2, the author instructs you to schedule a massage, manicure, hair appointment, or makeup appointment. I am a graduate student, and on my budget, I get haircuts every 3-4 months and none of the other services (doesn't mean I don't love myself, but I have to live within my means).
