Mine were stamped "Mongoose" like the first photo, not "Chao Yang", but they're the same tires either way. My old ones that came with the bike (heybike mars 1.0) were Chao Yangs and the tread and everything is identical. I got over 1k miles out of my first rear tire, with a lot of very rocky trails and off road riding. When I finally got a flat I just decided to get new ones since the tread was almost gone anyway, and my sidewall was coming apart. I'm hoping to get another year and 1k or so miles out of the new tire. The front seems to last longer, it still has a ton of tread. These are good tires These Mongoose tires fit perfectly and as depicted in my photos, match the OEM tires perfectly. After test driving I noted they were well balanced and had great traction with minimal road noise.
