For some reason we just struggle with humidity, most of the tenants do here. It works fantastically, and we're even going to be purchasing the smaller version for the bathroom as it tends to need a bit of extra help after the shower is ran. It's energy efficient, a great value for as much work it does, it's not noisy at all, easy to empty, and even during the summer months it can hold a lot of water so we don't have to empty it so frequently. I've also never had it put off any heat like the other dehumidifiers I have had in the past. It's just a well built little machine.
