I won this book on Goodreads Giveaways and promised a review here. I like the set up of the book. It is a grilling book that is Kansas style with meat and sauces. It is divided into 6 chapters with side notes in the recipes that help you with the recipes with great color photography that aid you in wanting to make all the recipes!! I love the extra material in the front of the book that help with set up with beginners and discussies gas vs charcoal for grilling choices. I also like that it is light on sides and does grilling with fruit and vegetables but adds cocktails and drinks and desserts that are freezer friendly as well to give you a complete grilled meal experience. Definitely a good summer and spring grilling book to add to your collection!!
