Review: Excellent Pans - In the past we had calphalon pans that were supposed to be non-stick and after searching other options we decided to try these. They are beautiful and each time we use them we see what a great choice we made. Non stick easy to make an omelet, great for pan sautéing and crisping up chicken breasts. Cleanup is easy, simply wipe out and then rinse. We have an 8' and 10" pan and think there are great.
