I also invested in a bread making machine. I strongly suggest that if you’re going to take this up seriously, that you invest in a good quality bread maker. Mine cost just over £210 but it doesn’t get a day off, and with this delicious mix, you can have it all and eat it all! I set it the bread button to start just as I’m switching on my coffee ! Admittedly it will probably take about 2 hours for the bread to cook, but it is so worth it. Apparently processed bread is very unhealthy and hard for the stomach to break down, so instead it’s just kept on as fat! Whereas bread mixes these days everything is organic. I might add, if you’re really into it, you can preprogram it for the following morning. I make all sorts of bread now, and even learnt a thing or 2!After the bread has been cut, it can get really meat, and you’re likely to get a ump of bread settling the fire alarms of!Remember the latest thing in the kitchen? The good old fashioned electric knife! It makes cutting it so much easier, I wish I’d known about this about 3 years ago.Another thing I’ve found, whilst trying out a new bread, I decided on Barley Malt. It’s sold on this site. Well I had made the bread, but then realised that I hadn’t put the malt in! Not to be put off, I left the bread to cool, added a bit of butter to your taste, and spread the Malt Barley directly onto the bread and butter.
