I needed to sign for them so was glad I was in. They are awesome. Really nice finish on them an look the part. I got the 25kg ones an ya do get a pair. In the pic I have put a 10 kg on top of the 25kg so you can see the size difference. These will be a lot better for dead lifts. I've also recently ordered some RDX gloves with hooks on the end an am pleased that the hooks fit around these so I can use these for traps. Due to the design I have worked out I can use them for traps, chest press, dead lifts etc also if ya laying down one can be held an lifted from head to chest to work chest. Makes sense to go big rather than run out of space on the bar. Also saves taking on an off. Overall very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love these plates *by J***2 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 September 2015* I love these plates, they fit my 1" bar nicely, they are great for shrugs, front arm raises, lots of different activities. I was a bit dubious about the TRI-GRIP as I have big hands and so I wondered if the holes would be big enough for them..... Needn't have worried.
