The email was sent a couple of days ago ... no book yet.I'll update if anything happens - good or bad - which warrants a change in my opinion, but - as of this moment - I'm probably going to go on and try the second warmer (I bought the kit of 2) and then return one or both of them.This is the promised update:The link to promised (and valueless ...) book finally came after multiple requests.
