Review: Does exactly what it claims. - I was extremely skeptical at first. I bought these for my 16 yr old because she suffered extreme cramping, bloating, fatigue, and her flow was extremely heavy. I knew all her Dr would offer is BC and I wasn't going to destroy her hormones for the rest of her life. This supplement took care of it all! She barely ever cramps, she goes to work without issue, and her flow is mostly light now. No more crying in bed all day begging for ibuprofen! But give it time, it isn't magic. She's on her 4th or 5th bottle and it wasn't until the end of her 1st bottle, and into her 2nd cycle that she noticed a difference. Also really helped with her mood swings!

Before I started taking these, I became extremely tired and bloated days before my menstrual period. I tried this because the the reviews were fairly good and the price was even better. I have been recommending it to my family and colleagues because these symptoms have lessened significantly for the two cycles in which I have been taking it. I am I am disappointed that the price has almost doubled in such a short time and hope I don't have to search elsewhere for the relief that this has provided any time soon due price hiking over short periods of time
