It isn't. I made a cheesecake (not too liquidy) and, thank goodness I cooked it with another pan underneath, it leaked into that pan. It would probably be fine with a thick brownie mix or to use as a cook pan inside my instant pot. It is made in, surprise (!), China and doesn't come with any instructions/ photos/ nuthin'.I'll buy any other ones in a brick and mortar store. That way I can see if it's junky without the hassle of returns.I do not recommend this product. I used it with no problems. Sprayed with cooking spray, baked my cheesecake, no sticking, no peeling of the finish. I did hand wash and dry to possibly prevent any finish peeling problems I have had with other non-stick pand.
